      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist litigation attorneys with all phases of the litigation process, from discovery through trial and appeals
      - Manage case files, including data preservation, document production, and organization
      - Handle court filings and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures
      - Draft discovery documents and pleadings for attorney review
      - Coordinate trial preparation and assist with technology and logistics during court proceedings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required
      - Minimum of four years of experience as a paralegal in a large law firm
      - Extensive knowledge of New York and New Jersey court rules, procedures, and practices
      - Experience with calendaring or docketing systems
      - Strong organization, communication, and analytical skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced understanding of discovery and trial applications such as Relativity or Trial Director
      - Experience with Electronic Court Filing (ECF) rules and practices
