What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare, review, and execute legal documents to support the employer during litigation
- Act as a traveling and virtual witness during trials, mediations, and hearings
- Collaborate with internal and external legal counsel to prepare for court proceedings
- Document changes in accounts across various systems of record
- Manage the bankruptcy scrub process and assist the Bankruptcy paralegal as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years in a paralegal or litigation support role
- Possession of a Juris Doctorate or Paralegal Certificate is beneficial
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and experience with proprietary software or Salesforce
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to efficiently manage tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to new challenges

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in bankruptcy law or litigation support
- Familiarity with legal research tools and techniques
- Previous experience working with external law firms
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
