What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a liaison between the franchise community and the employer's Franchise Support Team
- Provide one-on-one support to 35-40 franchise partners, ensuring performance accountability and operational support
- Administer individual and group training sessions, including creating and delivering content
- Host and support training events to enhance franchisee capabilities
- Collaborate on inter-functional projects and initiatives to drive program quality

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, education & training, team building, or operations
- Experience working with children ages 18 months to 8 years (professionally or personally)
- Strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Proven ability to foster positive business relationships and a customer service mentality
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%
