      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the main point of contact for partner railroads, overseeing event planning and execution
      - Manage marketing initiatives and ensure timely delivery of marketing plans for events
      - Assist with the setup and breakdown of event operations, including retail spaces and attractions
      - Track event documents and provide recommendations for improvements post-event
      - Create and submit comprehensive event reports to partner railroads within designated timelines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of experience in event coordination or related fields
      - Ability to travel approximately 70% of the time and lift up to 30 lbs
      - Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and oral
      - Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong project management skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
