What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the main point of contact for partner railroads, overseeing event planning and execution
- Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of events, including managing merchandise and play areas
- Track ticket sales and develop marketing strategies to enhance event experiences
- Create post-event reports with recommendations for improvements
- Maintain and organize touring assets, ensuring everything is in pristine condition
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in event coordination or related fields
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent years of experience
- Must be able to travel approximately 70% of the time
- Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and oral
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

- Experience in Live Events, Themed Attractions, or Ticketed Touring Shows
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with internal and external partners
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail
