      About the role

      We are looking to recruit two live in care professionals to work on a two week on, two week off rota.

      Following a person-centred care plan, you will tailor your support to meet our clients’ needs.

      Your role will include:

      • You’ll be matched with our client based on your skills and you client’s needs, providing tailored support and companionship
      • Following our client’s individual care plan, you will generally provide a daily average of 10 hours care provision to your client
      • Moving and handling
      • Personal care
      • Medication support
      • Food and nutrition support
      • Cooking, cleaning and ensuring the smooth running of the client’s home

      Benefits include:

      • Competitive rates of £125 per day (up to £23k per year based on a 2 week on, 2 week off rota).
      • Bank holiday rate of £187.50
      • Travel allowance, up to £50 per placement
      • Weekly support visits with our lovely Team Leaders and 24/7 telephone support

      Qualifications

      Qualifications

      We will provide comprehensive training and on-going support.

      We’re looking for:

      • Professional experience with complex care needs
      • Professional care experience gained in ANY care setting, such as live-in carer, domiciliary carer, care assistant, support worker, healthcare assistant or similar.
      • You must be able to provide us with proof of your right to work in the UK.
      • A driver’s licence and a car is an advantage but not a requirement.

      You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and comfortable in spending time in the company of others.

      Additional information

      You will have your own bedroom, access to a TV and WiFi.
