      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and maintain training curricula within the Learning Management System (LMS)
      - Develop and maintain eLearning courses using authoring software and established templates
      - Respond timely to requests for course assignments, training status, and LMS support
      - Support stakeholders with LMS reporting and data analysis
      - Resolve daily help desk tickets and assist end users with access issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience as an LMS Administrator
      - Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
      - Highly technology-literate with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems
      - Positive, proactive approach when supporting end users and internal customers
      - Associate’s degree in an IT or Business field preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Cornerstone LMS, including core, learning, and/or performance modules
      - Experience developing eLearning courses using authoring tools such as iSpring and Articulate
      - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
