      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process accounts payable invoices, manual checks, and wires
      - Set up and maintain vendor information
      - Communicate with vendors and respond to inquiries
      - Manage recurring payments and assist with special accounts payable projects
      - Participate in team training and perform other assigned duties

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of comparable work experience in accounts payable or a similar field
      - Strong problem-solving and communication skills
      - Familiarity with Oracle software is a plus
      - Excellent organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
      - Commitment to following health and safety protocols as required by the employer

      - Experience in a live entertainment or related industry
      - Background in financial management or accounting
      - Familiarity with vendor management systems
