What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide customer centric, accurate, and efficient resolution of issues and inquiries
- Resolve Leave of Absence related tickets promptly
- Communicate changes regarding leave status and return to work arrangements
- Serve as the direct contact for supporting high priority stakeholders
- Administer all leave of absence programs, processes, and auditing requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 2+ years of experience partnering with third-party vendors for benefit and/or LOA administration
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal leave regulations and policies
- Strong problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3 years of relevant experience in lieu of applicable degree
