Who you are:

As a Loan Data Entry Clerk , you are responsible for properly coding, sorting, reviewing, inputting, and verifying the accuracy of payments on Commercial and Installment Loan systems. You will perform maintenance on loan accounts, and balance and research the suspense account reports of payments processed through the proof department. You welcome a challenge and strive to contentiously improve processes with integrity, caring and excellence in mind.

What you’ll do:

• Verify proper postings of payments obtained through the ILT system
• Obtain copies of payment coupons and review them through the Titan system
• Process payment corrections on to the CICS system and apply payments to customer's accounts. Issue monetary tickets and cashier's checks
• Balance, sort, and input payment batches of Commercial and Installment loans
• Properly code all exception payments on the report and post with a general ledger offset
• Input various loan maintenance to loan systems. To include, code changes, bill dates, and name and address changes
• Review and balance end of day payment batches inputted to the Commercial and Installment Loan System
• Allocate batches on Commercial and Installment Loan systems for payment and maintenance input
