What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review mortgage applications for accuracy and completeness on behalf of the Mortgage Banking Officer or team
- Communicate initial requirements list to clients and assemble supporting documentation
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the loan process
- Conduct pipeline meetings with Operations staff to ensure timely loan completion
- Assist with marketing efforts, including distribution of collateral and appointment setting

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage sales support or processing role with knowledge of lending requirements
- Current product knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, and other loan programs
- Understanding of federal and state guidelines, such as RESPA, TILA, and HMDA
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, specifically Word and Excel
