What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement construction risk policies and procedures for specific Lines of Business
- Provide quality control checks on work performed
- Prioritize and lead/participate in a constant stream of projects required by the business
- Participate in business review process and business resiliency efforts
- Travel minimally as required

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture, engineering, or building construction
- Five or more years' experience in construction or building design related fields
- Significant experience with AIA documents, complex construction budgets, lien waivers, contractor payment applications, and more
- Experience in construction cost estimating, architectural/engineering design services, and real estate finance
- Experience in giving presentations on findings for projects and managing client relationships
