      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer inbound phone calls and log cases in the internal ticketing system
      - Provide daily loan level support for employees via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
      - Guide and troubleshoot loan origination systems for Loan Officers and other staff
      - Assist in finding answers regarding loan eligibility and lending guidelines
      - Track tasks and activities within the ticketing system while collaborating with team members

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education/experience, preferred
      - Minimum 2 years’ experience providing direct support and/or customer service
      - 1-2 years’ experience in a production role (e.g., Loan Processor, Underwriter) in the mortgage industry
      - Knowledge of mortgage loan origination activities and regulatory requirements
      - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using Encompass360 Banker’s Edition in a production role
      - Familiarity with utilizing a ticketing system for support questions
      - Excellent customer service and communication skills
