  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Serve as a trusted research partner by presenting findings and leading client discussions
  - Design and customize survey questionnaires to gauge residents’ attitudes and behaviors
  - Plan and execute comprehensive research projects, including data processing and analysis
  - Analyze and synthesize data from various sources to identify trends and emerging issues
  - Create high-quality reports and presentations that communicate insights effectively
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 1–3 years of experience in quantitative research, data analysis, or professional services
  - Proven experience presenting findings to clients or senior stakeholders
  - Familiarity with survey design and methodology
  - Strong storytelling skills to translate complex analyses into clear narratives
  - Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL, and/or Excel
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience analyzing social media or other qualitative data sources
  - Background in a service-oriented, client-facing role
  - Knowledge of U.S. local government, public policy, or civic issues
  - Familiarity with current social and political trends in the United States
