What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Oversee and deliver the Local Roads Program, managing transportation improvement projects in both the construction and design phases
- Manage activities on multiple projects, ensuring continuity in design and construction phases
- Serve as a resource and advisor to managers, supervisors, and management consultants
- Act as a project manager, scoping, scheduling, and budgeting for local program projects
- Responsible for project quality and management of consultant contracts

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Valid Professional Engineering registration and ability to obtain a Wisconsin PE registration within 3 months
- Ability to frequently travel independently statewide with overnight stays
- Wisconsin residency required for project positions
