      Location: Remote (Preference for candidates based in Mexico, Poland and Canada)

      Employment Type: 3 months contract, with possible extension

      Job Overview:

      We are seeking highly skilled Localization Testers who are native speakers of Mexican Spanish, Polish or Canadian French, with strong expertise in testing Multilingual Conversational applications. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in voice interaction testing, grammar/phonetic validation, and localization QA.

      Responsibilities:
      • Conduct localization and functional testing of Mikobots and applications across devices and platforms.
      • Validate language, pronunciation, tone, grammar, spelling, and contextual appropriateness.
      • Identify and report linguistic, UI/UX, functional, audio, or voice recognition issues.
      • Ensure that localized content is culturally appropriate and aligns with native language standards.
      • Work closely with QA, product managers, developers, and language specialists to resolve language bugs.
      • Maintain and update test cases, and provide detailed bug reports.
      • Conduct voice output vs input validation and ensure natural interaction flow in dialogues.
      • Participate in triage meetings and provide insights into localization improvements.


      Requirements:
      • Native speaker proficiency in one or more of the following:

      -Mexican Spanish

      -Polish

      -Canadian French

      • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in testing voice-based or conversational AI applications.
      • Familiarity with multilingual conversational applications.
      • Strong knowledge of localization QA processes, voice command variations, and phonetic/semantic accuracy.
      • Experience with bug reporting tools.
      • Ability to distinguish text-to-speech (TTS) issues, mispronunciations, or contextually awkward phrasing.
      • Excellent attention to detail and linguistic accuracy.


      Preferred Qualifications:
      • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Computer Science, or relevant fields.
      • Exposure to AI/NLP/Voice Assistant projects.
      • Prior experience in testing children's or educational voice applications is a strong plus.
