What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the recruitment of physician and APC locum and Non-Class A positions
- Collaborate with vendors, site contacts, and departments for credentialing and onboarding processes
- Act as a liaison between candidates and external locum agencies throughout the hiring process
- Provide market information and serve as a knowledge expert to operations leaders
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with physicians, leadership, and community contacts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, health administration, communications, or related fields, or an Associate's degree with relevant experience
- Two years of experience in customer service, sales, physician recruitment, onboarding, human resources, and/or public relations, or six years of relevant experience with an Associate's degree
- Ten years of experience in healthcare, customer service, sales, physician recruitment, onboarding, human resources, and/or public relations if no degree is held
- Proficient in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and excellent organizational skills
- Valid Wisconsin Driver's License with an acceptable record
