      This Opportunity

      LBS is seeking a full-time, Remote Logistics Coordinator in support of LOGCAP V. Join our team and grow with us as we provide best in-class services that help clients solve their most complex challenges.

      Your Impact

      • Provide administrative and operations support for the development of logistical plans, policies, and procedures necessary to provide support in the logistics areas of supply, transportation, maintenance, and services.
      • Helps to coordinate the logistics support structure to perform the logistics functions of the project. Coordinates the interface between logistics functions such as transportation, maintenance, warehousing and container management to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective support to the customer.
      • Assist site leadership to troubleshoot problem areas in logistics and coordinates problem resolution or recommends logistical solutions to management.
      • Coordinates with customers to ensure desired logistics objectives, priorities, and schedules are met and communicated to management.
      • Coordinates with Environmental, Safety, and other Shared Services functional areas as appropriate in regard to logistical functions performed under contract.
      • Must be able to work overhead with arms raised for extended periods.
      • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

      Who You Are

      Required Qualifications

      • Must have computer skills and be able to operate a variety of computer programs.
      • Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently
      • Must maintain a valid driver’s license from their home country with validity for 12 months from employment date.
      • Must maintain a valid passport from their home country with validity for 15 months from employment date. Passport must have a minimum of 6 blank pages prior to OCONUS mobilization.
      • Must be CAC eligible and able to gain and maintain authorized entry onto US military installations.
      • Occasional short notice travel may be required, as well as Inter-Atoll travel, to outlying islands/projects sites if necessary.
      • Must be proficient in MAXIMO; ordering, tracking and cataloging asset items for various functional areas.

      Additional Required Qualifications

      • 1 to 3 years' work experience as a Logistic Coordinator employed in LOGCAP operations is preferred.
      • Must be able to gain installation base access.
      • Must routinely match the local working hours on Kwajalein Atoll which equals from 2 PM to 10 PM US Central Time, Monday thru Friday.
      • Must be available to travel to Kwajalein two to three times per year for up to 30 days per trip.
