      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and deploy workforce management strategies to meet business needs across multiple plans
      - Analyze trends related to call handle time and call volume to enhance forecasts and workload planning
      - Maintain headcount requirements and ensure compliance with staffing regulations
      - Identify coverage gaps and propose solutions, including new shifts and hiring plans
      - Provide production reporting and support system integrity for Workforce Management software

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - 3-5 years of relevant experience with Workforce Management methodologies in call center operations
      - Expert understanding of service objectives and contact center analytics
      - Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
      - Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - 5+ years of relevant experience with Workforce Management methodologies in call center operations
      - Six Sigma Certification
      - PMI Certification
      - Business Analytics/Risk Management or Workforce Certification
