      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement workforce management strategies nationwide to meet business needs
      - Analyze trends related to call handle time and call volume to improve forecasts and plans
      - Maintain headcount and staffing requirements to ensure compliance with regulations
      - Identify coverage gaps and propose solutions for shift realignments and hiring plans
      - Provide performance reporting and support system integrity for Workforce Management software

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience with Workforce Management methodologies
      - Expert-level experience in call center operations, processes, and procedures
      - Strong understanding of service objectives and contact center analytics
      - Ability to maintain data integrity and attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - 5+ years of relevant experience with Workforce Management methodologies
      - Six Sigma Certification
      - PMI Certification
      - Workforce Certification
