      About the Role

      NT-ware USA Inc. is seeking a reliable and organized Logistics Assistant to join our team in Melville, NY. This role combines logistical coordination with essential office support functions, ensuring our operations run smoothly and effectively. This position is full time and offers a hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the office 4 days and an option to work from home the remainder of the week (unless a specific business need arises requiring in office attendance on other days). Note that work schedules and office reporting requirements may change from time to time based on business needs.

      Your Impact

      - Processing incoming purchase orders in our ERP system - Picking, packing, and shipping physical items, including coordination with shipping companies such as UPS, DHL, or FedEx, and handling customs requirements if applicable - Handling electronic items via email - Assisting with inventory management (including monthly inventory) - Assisting with office facility management tasks, such as supply ordering and vendor coordination

      About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring

      - High school diploma or equivalent (additional coursework in logistics or business administration is a plus) - Experience in logistics or similar roles preferred - Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Service-oriented mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment We are providing the anticipated rate for this role: $27.00 - $32.00 hourly
