      About the Role

      Customer Service is our focus, and as a Logistics Coordinator, you will be the front line to our customers, solving the service needs of our customers and transportation partners.

      What the Candidate Will Do

      • Provide timely responses to customers and own all tasks such as: Zendesk, Outlook, Scheduling, Inbound Phone Support, Live Chat, Load Board Maintenance, Microsoft Teams, and future support tools
      • Serve as a partner to Leads by anticipating challenges and presenting solutions to support Uber Freight's business objectives and addressing invoice issues related to accessorial/line haul charges
      • Show your growing abilities through daily/weekly/monthly response time metrics and other key SLA’s set forth by the Operations Manager
      • Schedule orders and update load information as requested by our customers
      • Maintain a collaborative and professional work relationship with all team members
      • Build processes and SOP’s to transfer vertical tasks to our BPO partners
      • Act as the liaison between internal Uber Freight teams

      Basic Qualifications

      • Bachelor's degree in a related field
      • 0-1 year of experience in customer service, operations, account management, or similar functions

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Experience in the logistics or Freight industry
      • Working knowledge of Google Suites or Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)
      • High proficiency using computers (typing, quickly navigating between various tools)
