      Job Summary:

      The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for handling final mile, FF&E projects, distribution, and be the main point of contact between Corporate, Client, and Warehouse/Operations

      Essential Duties and Functions:

      • Handle documentation and communication including but not limited to receiving reports, monthly reporting of product inventory, billing, and scheduling of deliveries
      • Coordinate with Account Manager, Warehouse Personnel, and End User to complete tasks
      • Other duties as assigned

      Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

      • Knowledge of company software
      • Organization skills
      • Good communication skills
      • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

      Required Education and Experience:

      • Required: High school diploma or GED

      Working Conditions:

      • Strictly office environment
      • 90-95% sitting down
      • Computer use is prevalent, along with telephone
