What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist Procurement Manager with purchase order review, vendor follow-up, and updating ERP platform
- Collect and manage data from various sources to support decision-making
- Update vendor information and tracking numbers for purchase orders
- Review outstanding purchase orders and obtain shipping information
- Issue transfer orders for inventory movement between locations
- Consolidate data into a master Google Sheet for cross-department reference
- Fulfill customer orders and monitor high fraud risk orders
- Configure orders in Shipstation and generate labels

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in data management within a Supply Chain or Logistics team
- Proficiency in using MRPEasy or similar ERP platform
- Strong attention to data accuracy and hygiene
- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills
- Knowledge of shipping systems and procedures
- Ability to manage deadlines and ad hoc requests in a remote environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to express ideas clearly
- Ability to follow directions and suggest areas for team improvement
