As our Logistics Executive, you’ll be responsible for supporting across a multi-functional operation which includes Inventory Management, Reporting, Digital operations, freight forwarding, fixtures and fittings, 3PL management, warehousing, and last mile.

  • Facilitating and coordinating inbound and stock transfers across the supply chain network to optimize stock levels and availability
  • Managing, evaluating and preparing reports on our Distribution Centres performance
  • Providing insights and suggestions to optimize day to day operations to achieve increased process efficiencies and productivity
  • Investigating customer concerns and operational and quality issues competently and in a timely manner
  • Creating and enforcing processes which ensure compliance is consistently adhered to
  • Supporting labour planning and monitoring staffing requirements to ensure productivity, profitability and high services levels to clients
  • Challenging the status quo and have a continuous improvement mindset
  • Reviewing KPI’s across the Distribution Centres and last-mile carrier

  We would love to hear from you if:

  • You have 3+ years’ experience within Supply Chain/Retail/Logistics
  • You have an intermediate to advanced skill level of Excel
  • You have a high attention to detail
  • You have demonstrated knowledge and use of a WMS system
  • You have strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and the ability to influence team members at all levels
  • You have the ability to work both independently and as part of the wider Logistics and Planning Team
  • You have Dangerous Goods Road Transport and Handling certified preferred but not essential
