      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Utilize the Transportation Management System (TMS) to manage order life cycles
      - Ensure on-time pick-up and delivery of products for customers
      - Build and maintain relationships with contracted carriers and other carriers in the region
      - Review and correct shipment data integrity
      - Proactively analyze and prevent service failures
      - Develop and implement cost-saving and service improvement programs
      - Communicate professionally and in a timely manner
      - Identify patterns and recommend actions for improvement in shipper, receiver, and carrier performance
      - Resolve financial discrepancies in TMS financials
      - Train new users on the TMS system
      - Maintain customer benchmark rates in TMS

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED equivalent
      - 1-2 years of related experience
      - Bilingual in English and French

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Transportation Logistics or Supply Chain Management
      - Knowledge of the Freight Industry
      - Reporting and Analytics skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft and/or Google Tools
