  Job Description:

  We’re looking for an individual contributor with recognized skills in a specialized role in the field of Distribution/Transportation.

  What are we looking for?

  Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level

  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain/logistics.

  • Excellent Verbal Communication.

  • Basic experience of coordinating, multi-tasking and problem solving.

  • Ability to builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.

  Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with TMS, Tableau and SAP preferred.

  • Experience working with multiple third party dry van truckload carriers.

  What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Utilizing TMS system for activities such as processing shipments, scheduling appointments and assign reason codes.

  • You’ll carry out a range of supply chain management activities by working with internal and external stakeholders.

  • You’ll help manage truckload and intermodal shipments by carrying out standard activities and providing support to others.

  • You’ll provide operational support to ensure on time delivery for Mars Petcare outbound shipments.

  • Use problem solving, collaboration and agility skills to address issues that come up throughout the life-cycle of a shipment

  • Maintain a desk guide to ensure all processes are up to date and accessible by the team.
