What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and define problems, collect necessary data, and take recommended actions based on established guidelines
- Monitor reports for tank deliveries and ensure maximum profitability for locations
- Create and maintain policies for routing and scheduling to enhance productivity
- Work closely with field operations to ensure proper routing for delivery teams
- Train and direct locations on VA contracts to ensure understanding of contract requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must live within the U.S. for remote work eligibility
- Associates Degree or equivalent related work experience
- Two to four years of DME operations experience preferred
- Valid driver's license in state of residence with a clean driving record (when applicable)
- Strong customer service background
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Map Point software or Roads software
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both oral and written
- Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or Home Medical Equipment (HME)
- Ability to route efficiently based on company standards
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
