      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Establish and maintain inventory levels for supplies to meet client needs
      - Coordinate with the sales team to onboard new clients and ensure timely supply delivery
      - Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time deliveries and troubleshoot issues
      - Work with carriers and couriers to maintain pickup schedules and resolve delivery challenges
      - Investigate shipping options for new clients and recommend best practices to senior management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in the logistics or purchasing field
      - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
      - Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and Google Workspace or MS Office
      - Excellent organizational and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Additional certifications related to logistics or supply chain management
      - Experience with rate negotiations and vendor management
      - Familiarity with healthcare logistics and specimen shipping requirements
