What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, schedule, and monitor inbound and outbound shipments across multiple channels
- Coordinate with carriers, warehouses, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and support inventory replenishment decisions
- Build and maintain relationships with logistics providers and negotiate contracts
- Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and address shipping-related claims
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation coordination
- Strong understanding of logistics processes, including shipping and inventory management
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with logistics or ERP software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Pipe17)
- Knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping procedures
- Experience managing cross-functional logistics projects or onboarding suppliers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with teams and partners
