Job Description
- Req#: REQ28527
- Ensure all incoming goods are received, booked, handled and stored in a timely and accurate manner.
- Verification of incoming goods against Purchase Orders
- Establish, maintain & promote a high standard of Customer Service across the Business.
- Plan and co-ordinate the dispatch of goods in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy of shipments and supporting documentation.
- Maintain Inventory accuracy through Cycle Count process.
- Maintain adequate stock levels of consumable materials.
- Responsible for Export Compliance for all export shipments.
- Maintain customs documentation in line with customs regulations. Support customs audits as and when required.
- Work with FLIR Carriers on shipments status, exceptions, expedite requests from the Business.
- Manage Inbound/Outbound requirements for Service Returns with UPS including direct communication with customers to facilitate their returns process to FLIR.
- Processing freight invoices for sign off.
- Processing of customer freight charges for International and Road Shipments.
- Management and training of warehouse personal
- Experience in Warehouse operation, international shipping and import-export customs management
- Supervisory responsibilities for warehouse personnel
- Skills in stock management systems, carrier management systems, customs processes, health and safety

Job Summary:The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for leading a the stock room operation as well as incoming receiving and shipping operations. This entails leading, developing, and executing stockroom functions in to support manufacturing operations. These functions include safety and security, inbound and outbound management, labor/talent management, and inventory management. The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring outgoing shipment follow Global Trade Compliance and the stockroom activity aligns with proper accounting protocol.
