      We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Warehouse Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on the company's inventory across our logistics centers, focusing on optimizing operations, maintaining accurate records, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent attention to detail, and a business-oriented mindset.

      Key Responsibilities:

      Manage Hawaii Logistics Operations:

      • Establish operational procedures for verification of inbound and outbound shipments to and within Hawaiian territory
      • Monitor physical inventory and identify discrepancies, conducting root-cause analysis to address underlying problems
      • Generate reports on physical inventory status at various intervals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
      • Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for training and review at least twice a year
      • Prepare for peak season operations by forecasting demand, optimizing staffing, and implementing process improvements

      Support West Region Objectives and Innovation Projects:

      • Initiate, develop, and implement continuous warehouse improvements within distribution
      • Identify customer and market trends, requirements, and operational issues; develop solutions to enhance performance
      • Support KPI reporting, analyze forecasts, simulations, and productivity metrics
      • Produce and communicate reports and statistics to team leaders for decision-making

      Requirements:

      • Bachelor's Degree preferred; High School Diploma acceptable
      • +7 years of experience in warehouse operations management, focusing on inventory management and process improvement
      • Strong analytical skills with data interpretation capabilities
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
      • Leadership ability to coach and mentor team members
      • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and record-keeping
      • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and relevant software
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (including Power Query), PowerPoint, Word
      • Knowledge of industry best practices, regulations, and safety standards
      • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
      • Ability to travel up to 10% within the U.S.

      Samsung SDS America supports professional growth. Compensation is within a range based on skills and experience: $90,000 - $120,000/year.
