      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive education, access, and adoption of Neurocrine products within post-acute and long-term care settings
      - Develop and implement detailed account plans for assigned facilities to enhance product acceptance and sales growth
      - Navigate complex healthcare environments to influence multiple stakeholders, including prescribers and pharmacy partners
      - Execute consultative sales processes while addressing clinical, regulatory, and reimbursement barriers
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor account-specific solutions and ensure consistent messaging

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS/BA degree in science or related field and 4+ years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical or long-term care sales
      - Proven record of sales performance and goal achievement in specialty pharma or biotech
      - Strong sales and account management skills with exceptional communication abilities
      - Deep understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and reimbursement structures
      - Must reside within assigned territory and possess a valid driver’s license with a clean record

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in long-term care, institutional, or organized customer settings
      - Background in neurology, psychiatry, or movement disorders
      - Familiarity with CMS guidelines affecting psychotropic medication use in skilled nursing facilities
      - Proficiency in business systems and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva)
