      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Initiate processing and resolution of bankruptcy, foreclosure, and workout activities for assigned accounts
      - Resolve escalated issues by collaborating with staff and external contacts
      - Provide training and mentoring for new and less experienced staff
      - Coordinate with attorneys and other parties to research estates in bankruptcy and minimize losses
      - Execute necessary legal documents related to loan servicing and collection

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree or equivalent work experience required
      - Minimum of 3 years' experience in a related field
      - Proven knowledge of effective collection regulations and practices
      - Detailed understanding of bankruptcy law and real estate transactions
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with foreclosure procedures and legal regulations
      - Familiarity with workout options and specific state regulations
      - Knowledge of real estate investor and insurer guidelines
      - Proficiency in PC skills relevant to the role
      - Experience in training or mentoring staff
