      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process and resolve bankruptcy, foreclosure, and workout activities for assigned accounts
      - Negotiate workout solutions and ensure prompt resolution of legal matters
      - Provide training and mentoring for new and less experienced staff
      - Coordinate with attorneys, trustees, debtors, and others to minimize losses and maximize recoveries
      - Initiate loss mitigation activities after foreclosure approval and coordinate asset sales

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree or equivalent work experience required
      - Minimum of 3 years' experience in relevant fields
      - Proven knowledge of effective collection regulations, techniques, and practices
      - Detailed understanding of bankruptcy law and real estate transactions
      - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Background in AMCB Collections practices
      - Experience with FNMA, FHLMC, USDA, and VA loans
      - Familiarity with Fidelity and Sagent
      - Strong history in quality assurance
      - Previous loss mitigation experience
