      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assume primary accountability for assigned clinical research projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and corporate policies
      - Manage project scope, budget, and timelines, identifying success factors for analysis and reporting
      - Lead the development of study-specific protocols, consent forms, and other trial-related materials
      - Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring proactive communication of project updates
      - Coordinate materials and resources to support the execution of clinical projects and monitor adherence to contracts and budgets

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in life science/healthcare
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical project management within a medical organization, investigational site, pharmaceutical company, CRO, or clinical fellowship program
      - Required experience in CNS project management
      - Proven experience in managing external vendors and writing clinical study protocols and reports
      - Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a CRO environment is highly preferred
      - Familiarity with the FDA submission process
      - Ability to provide therapeutic training and guidance to clinical teams
      - Experience attending off-site meetings and conferences
