      As a Loyalty Strategy Lead, you will be part of the larger Loyalty Strategy and Growth team. You’ll lead high-impact strategy development and execution across loyalty pillars, benefits, or experiences, always balancing guest relevance with financial performance and operational feasibility. The Strategy and Growth team leads strategy for Target Circle, assesses future growth territories, manages business performance outcomes, designs new benefits and partnerships, and brings new members into the program to drive program growth. This team plays a critical role in bringing the Circle vision to life both short- and long-term.

      As a Loyalty Strategy Lead, you will:

      • Lead Loyalty long-range strategy, assessing and prioritizing future growth territories

      • Develop and drive strategies that advance the loyalty program and deliver measurable guest and business impact.

      • Shape program pillars, benefits, or guest experiences, with a guest-first mindset, while balancing financial and operational considerations.

      • Set goals that continually raise the bar for Target’s loyalty and financial success.

      • Galvanize partners around Target to deliver against key deliverables or results.

      • Monitor business and competitive trends to influence strategic decisions.

      About You:

      • 4-year degree or equivalent work experience

      • 8+ years of previous Loyalty, Marketing, Merchandising, or related business experience

      • Strong financial acumen, including retail and cost accounting metrics

      • Strategic thinker comfortable with ambiguity and bold decision-making.

      • Skilled in using data and insights to influence and drive alignment.

      • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills. Builds trust across teams.

      • Proven leadership, planning and organizational skills.

      • Strong written and oral communication skills

      • Self-Starter, with strong initiative and problem-solving skills.

      This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (known internally at Target as "Flex for Your Day") work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at a Target location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role may be performed either remote or onsite at a Target location depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day. Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target.
