What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide non-clinical operational support for the In Lieu of Service (ILOS) program for Michigan Medicaid members
- Collaborate with care managers, utilization management, and other teams to support ILOS service delivery
- Document and enter data related to ILOS utilization, monitoring referral volume, and tracking service delivery
- Manage the tracking and distribution of prescription vouchers
- Attend internal and outreach meetings as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative support role in healthcare
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and solve problems
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record and reliable transportation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative support role in healthcare, with preference for Medical Assistant experience
- 2 years of Long Term Care experience and/or Managed Care experience
- Fluency in a second language is highly desired
