      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee daily financial management, including reviewing general ledger and reconciling bank statements
      - Collaborate on the development and oversight of the organization’s annual budget
      - Ensure compliance with GAAP and prepare for financial audits
      - Serve as deputy to the CFO, leading the finance team and supporting routine activities
      - Prepare financial reports for regulatory authorities, donors, and funding agencies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
      - Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credentials
      - Minimum of 7 years of experience in nonprofit accounting, with management experience
      - Thorough understanding of GAAP and accounting regulations for non-profits
      - Strong analytical skills and advanced MS Excel skills for financial analysis

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with financial systems such as QuickBooks, Concur.com, MakersHub, and Salesforce
      - Familiarity with automation tools for financial reporting and analysis
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
