- Assist with compliance and quality audits
- Maintain meticulous documentation of patient interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active Compact LPN/LVN license
- Experience in high-volume, metrics-driven environments
- Prior remote work experience
- Strong phone communication skills
- Meticulous documentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience managing high call volumes in a structured remote setting
- Proven ability to maintain exceptional accuracy in documentation
