What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with patients and caregivers to ensure adherence to therapy regimens
- Assist patients in initiating prescribed treatments and addressing therapy-related concerns
- Communicate with charge nurses in nursing homes as necessary
- Handle 50–70 inbound and outbound calls daily while maintaining precise documentation
- Participate in audits to ensure compliance and quality standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active Compact LPN/LVN License
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a small team setting
- Professional phone presence with a patient-first mindset
- Commitment to 98%+ accuracy in documentation and patient interactions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a similar role within a healthcare or pharmacy setting
- Familiarity with patient management systems or software
- Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and compliance standards
