What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with M&A and technical accounting teams during the financial due diligence process
- Provide technical accounting and pro forma presentation advice around deal structure and terms
- Partner with deal leads to ensure smooth integration of data/systems/people post-closing
- Perform and document technical accounting analysis on new strategic investments
- Facilitate audit requests from external auditors as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-7 years of accounting/finance/M&A experience, ideally with a background in accounting advisory or transaction services
- CPA with a strong technical accounting background
- Participation in at least 2 deals in the last 3 years
- Ability to work autonomously in complex situations
- Excellent project management and verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Transaction due diligence background
- Experience working for and/or with technology companies, ideally SaaS companies
