      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and execute financial due diligence reviews for potential acquisitions, analyzing financial statements and historical performance
      - Develop financial analyses and pro forma financial models, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow projections
      - Communicate findings effectively and provide guidance to team members throughout the due diligence process
      - Prepare detailed reports outlining key findings, risks, and opportunities for the investment team
      - Collaborate with the technology team to enhance the efficiency of the due diligence process through actionable software improvements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of accounting and buy-side transaction experience in accounting advisory, private equity, or transaction advisory settings
      - CPA, CA, or CFA certification preferred; experience at a mid-market accounting firm is strongly preferred
      - Demonstrated capabilities in evaluating small to medium-sized businesses
      - Strong interest in and passion for empowering employee ownership in small businesses
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other presentation tools
