      Job Description Summary:

      PayPal, Inc. seeks M&A Integration Manager (Sr. Product Manager 2 – Technical) in San Jose, CA

      Job Duties: Coordinate with the matrixed team of Technology, Platform & Experiences (TPX) M&A points of contact (POCs) in planning and orchestrating technical diligence and integration activities for PayPal’s current and future acquisitions. Support team in performing research, analysis, and financial modeling in advance of an acquisition to identify risks and synergy opportunities associated with a target company’s organization, technology capabilities, processes, applications, and infrastructure. Support team in the development and execution of IT applications and infrastructure transition and approach for mergers, acquisitions between companies. Support the implementation of a central program management function for IT processes, structure, methods, and tools to oversee the execution of integration programs. Advising on industry-leading solutions enabling complex Mergers and Acquisitions transactions in SaaS/IaaS, virtualization, public and private clouds, social media, data management and loss prevention. Overseeing Mergers and Acquisitions deal lifecycles and in their due-diligence, pre-deal and post-merger integration. Developing strategy blueprints for infrastructure and applications. Participating in stakeholder and communications management processes and in risk and issue escalation and executive reporting. Overseeing IT Infrastructure separation, data center migration, application integration, separation, rationalization, IT synergies and cost reduction. Participating in IT economics during financial measures in CF (Cash Flow), ROI (Return on Investment), and TCO (Total Cost of Ownership). Identifying key client business issues, determining client needs, evaluating and validating analyses, and developing recommendations for clients in the context of the overall engagements. Participating in components of IT Infrastructure, applications, IT operations, IT finances and expenses, Active Directory, end-user computing, messaging, enterprise architecture, and testing. Maintain and update the M&A technical integration playbook Facilitate joint planning sessions between the TPX core team and the acquired company and lead M&A diligence and integration programs. Create detailed road maps, including managing dependencies, mitigating risks, resolving issues, and effectively communicating at all levels within TPX and the acquired companies. Literate in the web platform and infrastructure concepts and terminology. Manage large scale projects leveraging different methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.).

      Job Description:

      Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or closely related quantitative discipline plus two (2) years of experience in the job offered or two (2) years of experience in the field of program/project management.

      Additional Job Description:

      Base Salary: $188,406 – 234,300 40 hours per week; M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
