      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support and manage sales managers and distribution efforts across the complete product line by providing solution selling, technical training, and assistance in the bid/RFP process
      - Build and maintain relationships with engineers, customers, distributors, and sales managers
      - Analyze market intelligence and pricing levels to ensure competitive success in the market
      - Facilitate innovative solutions and provide alternatives to meet customer needs
      - Coordinate sales team requests and manage required paperwork, ensuring timely delivery of solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
      - Minimum of 5 years of industrial solution sales experience, preferably in the waterworks industry
      - At least 10 years of experience in Sales or Sales Management within water treatment/waste, construction, manufacturing, or utilities
      - 5 years of strategic goal setting and project management experience
      - Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CRM management experience
      - Self-motivated with strong negotiation skills and a customer service attitude
      - Ability to engage with all levels of customers and engineers effectively
      - Mechanical inclination to understand and relate complex mechanical products
      - Clean DMV record with a valid driver's license
