What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support and manage sales managers and distribution efforts across the complete product line
- Build and maintain relationships with engineers, customers, distributors, and sales managers
- Analyze market intelligence and assess pricing levels to ensure market success
- Facilitate innovative solutions and provide technical training to customers and distributors
- Coordinate and follow through on sales team requests, ensuring clear communication
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of industrial solution sales experience, preferably in the waterworks industry
- 10 years of directly related experience in Sales or Sales Management in relevant industries
- 5 years of strategic goal setting and project management experience
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean DMV record
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with CRM management
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong negotiation skills and a customer service-oriented attitude
- Ability to engage with all levels of customers and engineers
- Mechanical inclination to understand complex mechanical products
