      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, engineers, and municipalities
      - Execute pricing strategies for assigned accounts to ensure adequate margins
      - Submit weekly reports to management on market conditions and sales efforts
      - Troubleshoot product issues in the field and by phone, acting as a liaison between customers and the company
      - Participate in trade associations and assist with seminars, trade shows, and presentations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Minimum of five years of industrial sales experience required, preferably in the waterworks industry
      - Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
      - Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean DMV record
      - Ability to read and analyze business documents and technical procedures

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Completion of the employer's Sales Trainee program
      - Strong negotiation skills and a customer service-oriented attitude
      - Mechanical aptitude to understand and explain complex products
      - Experience with inventory and manufacturing software systems
