Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
Must be 18 years old to apply
Previous retail experience not required
Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers
Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety, food handling, Quality, Loss Prevention and Emergency procedures
Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays

Our Guest Experience Associates will be trained in all areas of the sales floor and will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience for our Guests, whether in a character costume, character buddy, cashier, selling, or merchandising position. This customer-facing role requires positivity, product knowledge, and determination to create an unforgettable customer experience.
