!*!P1-C2-TSTSThe MS 365 Administrator is responsible for the support and administration of global Messaging and Directory services infrastructure and responding to the customers queries for internal services. MS 365 administrators are responsible for automating tasks across the multiple accounts within a group while providing a knowledge transfer as to mentor peer team members. Also creating the scripts which will automate the task relevant to which it was created. Supported solutions include Microsoft Exchange (hybrid), Microsoft 365/Azure, SMTP, IronPort Email Gateway, Microsoft Teams, Intune iPad and mobile messaging support.Job Responsibility 5+ years of Information Technologies, or other related areas with experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications. Strong Active Directory Administration, Administration experience in (Teams, PowerBi, Power Apps, Yammer, OneDrive) and Competent knowledge in PowerShell for configuration/administration and scripting of operational tasks MDM/MAM support with MS Intune and JAMF iPad Management Mandatory Skills Administrative exp in Teams, PowerBi, Power Apps, Yammer, OneDrivePowershell scriptingMDM/MAM support with MS Intune and JAMF iPad ManagementO365 tenant administration including Azure Active Directory experienceIronPort and Spam filtering services.
