      MAC Team Lead

      As the MAC Lead, you’ll oversee the day-to-day client move activities for locations within the portfolio. You’ll also implement move procedures and performance measures—and ensure that they are always maintained. You’ll be working frequently with clients, so you’ll need to build strong relationships with them. Likewise, you’ll need to be proactive and engaging; and make sure that the clients’ expectations are met each and every time. You will also be the go-to person for any move-related and small project concerns.

      Essential Duties and Responsibilities

      • Receives and processes client move requests and successfully plans and manages small to large (1-300+ person), multi-phased move management projects
      • Serves as the primary point-of-contact (POC) for coordination of moves and small project activities including; developing /reviewing scope of work, scheduling required services with suppliers/vendors/contractors, providing project status updates.
      • Ensures Client satisfaction throughout the move management process, provides timely updates to Client and responds to requests for day to day coordination of moves and other small projects.
      • Works with team to plan, schedule and implement relocations, providing the Client with scheduled dates, move instructions, and move oversight for small and large groups, as required.
      • Works collaboratively with Client’s support groups, general contractors, electrical and communication engineers, IT group, etc.
      • Ensures adherence to move management schedule and budget
      • Performs data input quality checks and ensures data accuracy within move management BI tools and FMS systems
      • Prepares/updates project status reports, reviews invoices and ensures timely payment, updates tracking reports and maintains files for due diligence and financials.
      • Assist team to develop and implement move project plan and budget through collaboration with the facility manager, project manager; as required
      • Demonstrates a proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner
      • Manages supporting suppliers for Corrigo client submitted workorders (technology, furniture, electrical, cabling, AV etc.)
      • Manages all governance and approvals of Corrigo workorders with client and Occupancy Planning
      • Participates in planning meetings with client, Occupancy Planning, and/or other key stakeholders
      • Facilitates a project kick-off meeting, and project status meetings, with internal staff and key stakeholders to ensure responsibilities are communicated and understood
      • Identifies and addresses areas of concern regarding potential liabilities and risk
      • Incorporates “best practices” into move projects and activities and works well with RPM COE teammates.
      • Ensures compliance with all key performance indicators (KPIs)
      • Develops and maintains project schedules in client's preferred format
      • Evaluate vendors to ensure compliance with the standards of performance
      • Ensures all relocation and project management activities with your team are performed in a manner consistent with documented processes and in accordance with the client’s and JLL's policies and procedures

      Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      • Enhanced ability to utilize the Microsoft Office suite of technologies with strong Microsoft Excel skills
      • Knowledge of Corrigo system is a plus
      • Knowledge of architectural drawings and furniture and space planning concepts
      • Highly organized, detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to prioritize and manage differing needs of the business.
      • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with executive level internal & external clients
      • Five to eight years of facility, relocation, move or project related experience in a Corporate Real Estate environment
      • Has successfully managed multi-phased move projects involving over 100+ employees collectively
      • Background in project management, construction management, interior design, architecture, or project strategy planning is desirable
      • Prior People Manager a plus; will have direct reports
      • Must be a strong Leader and promote Teamwork
      • Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently; anticipates upcoming required project tasks and initiate activities for self and others
      • Exhibits enthusiasm and positive attitude with clients and peers
      • Provides superior customer service

      Other Abilities

      • Flexibility and may require ability to work “non-standard” hours.
      • This role will be present on client facility sites.
      • Ability to travel as required.

      Estimated compensation for this position is:

      153,000.00 – 165,000.00 USD per year

      The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
